Rocket into the stratosphere with my Ginger Tofu!

OK, so I'm on a tofu kick.  Try this recipe for ginger tofu with stir fried broccoli and sweet potato You can't let that stuff just sit in your fridge.  Anyway, this is a quick meal that will get you mad fueled for your next round of jacking some steel. 

Ingredients:
5oz tofu
5oz broccoli
6oz sweet potato
Makes 1 serving
Total calories: about 273

How to do this:  
Cut the tofu into slices and place in med high pan with .5 teaspoon olive oil.  Brown the tofu on one side, flip.  Add broccoli, ginger and sea salt to the mixture. Place the 6oz sweet potato in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.  After the potato has cooled for about two minutes place all ingredients in a bowl.
